I will be proud to give my HVAC company to my daughter

I was raised in a traditional style of household! This is basically just a nice way of saying it was completely sexist. Our mother never much respect from our father. I had a younger sibling, and she was treated alright until she eventually became a teenager. That is when she treated just as lousy as our mother. All of this has taught me so much about being a man, and how NOT to be a disappointing man. I treat my partner pretty much like a queen, and our child Abby mostly like a princess. I also treat them as equals, at our dwelling and in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance company where all of us all task together. Abby has been working here for the last year or so while taking Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance training classes at the local community college. Even though she has more hands-on Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance experience than most professionals around here, she still has a great deal to learn, and so these classes have been really good for her. She has all kinds of ideas about how to grow and expand, not by offering additional services however by focusing on a few Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance specialities. With brains like she has, I think that whenever I make the decision to step down the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company will be in the best, most capable hands. It would absolutely make my sexist father roll over his grave to hear that I built a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company up from the ground only to give it over to a woman. I really think the future of everything, including the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance industry, is female!
