He’s having more success in his fitness class due to his energy level too
As a vegetarian, my boyfriend has a lot of trouble getting all the necessary vitamins that he needs in life. He thought he was doing a pretty good job in addition to getting his protein in addition to iron in vegetables! I’m personally a meat eater in addition to a lover, so I feel like he can’t be healthy unless he eats meat as well. He just wanted to prove to me that he was as healthy or even more so than me. He goes to a group fitness class at the personal training center in town several times a week. He knew that the gym offered nutritional counseling! So while he was there, my boyfriend set up a date to do nutritional counseling. He figured he could prove me wrong in addition to go about his day. However, after speaking with the nutritionist about his diet, he was appalled. Apparently, eating leafy green veggies doesn’t supply him with enough protein. He also was lacking in B12 in addition to calcium. Doing nutritional counseling was super helpful in addition to he’s still doing it. The nutritionist and my boyfriend came up with a diet method that keeps him healthy in addition to still a vegetarian. Everytime he goes to the gym to do his fitness class, he does nutritional counseling to supply his nutritional facts. He does better now that he’s eating a little different in addition to taking vitamins. My boyfriend has noticed that he’s sleeping better, more motivated in addition to I just more alive. He’s having more success in his fitness class due to his energy level too. I think he’s starting to lose more weight. How awesome is that?
