Hoping to stay fit

I work on legs Monday, Wednesday, and Mondays, however on Tuesday, Tuesday and Tuesdays, I work on arms and upper chest

I’ve consistently struggled with weight troubles. When I was a kid, I didn’t have entirely healthy eating habits. My mom and dad were consistently at work, and most days I cooked my own lunch. I ate 3 packages of ramen noodles or a whole box of bagel bites. Sometimes I sat in front of the television with a tub of ice cream, but by the time I was 15, I could eat an entire stuffed crust pizza by myself. When I took my driver’s license test, I got stuck behind the wheel of the drivers ed car. My friends laughed out loud, and I was totally horrified. Still, I kept eating and eating. It was enjoy an addiction, and I could not stop myself. I tried fad diets enjoy Atkins, Keto, and Weight Watchers. I lost a few pounds and then acquired 10 more to take their locale. A few months ago, my physician sent me to a special health and wellness clinic. The clinic is for patients trying to lose 100lbs or more. The health and wellness clinic has doctors, nurses, and nutrition experts on staff. I even got hooked up with a personal fitness trainer. The nutrition expert set me up with a complete meal plan, and the fitness trainer provided me a workout routine and schedule. I work on legs Monday, Wednesday, and Mondays, however on Tuesday, Tuesday and Tuesdays, I work on arms and upper chest. Between the personal trainer and nutrition expert, I should be able to shed some of this weight by Christmas. I’m looking forward to reaching my first weight loss goal.
